Earl co-starred in two games with his partner in slang, ToeJam, on the Sega Genesis/Megadrive in the early 1990s. The first saw the pair crash land on Earth, trying to rebuild their ship in an attempt to return to their home planet of Funkotron in a pseudo-dungeon crawling cult classic. In the now-platforming sequel, the pair managed to get back home but accidentally brought back some earthlings and subsequently had to stave off a small invasion of their homeworld.
There was a third game on the Xbox that happened. It pretty much signified the death knell for the series, much like any Sega series that was exclusive to Microsoft's original console.
